Kwartał 36 revitalization wins Construction of the 21st Century award

The Kwartał 36 revitalization project in Szczecin has been awarded the ‘Construction of the 21st Century’ title in the residential category at the 30th edition of the ‘Modernization of the Year and Construction of the 21st Century’ national competition. The project, led by Szczeciński TBS, also received the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Marshal's Award.

The revitalization transformed an area bounded by Księcia Bogusława X, Małkowskiego, Błogosławionej Królowej Jadwigi, Bohaterów Getta Warszawskiego, and aleja Wojska Polskiego streets. The development includes 30 residential units, half of which are designated for seniors, including wheelchair-accessible and assisted living apartments.

Additional community infrastructure includes a nursery capable of accommodating 52 children, a Social Services Center, and an underground parking facility with 262 spaces. The architectural concept was designed by Szczecin-based Grupa Architektoniczna Domino, with construction executed by Prime Construction.
