Singer Kwon Eun-bi has released her new digital single, ‘DEJAVU’, marking her first comeback in approximately 16 months and her first release since moving to the agency RBW.
In recent interviews, Kwon addressed her absence from the Waterbomb music festival this year, despite being widely recognized by the nickname ‘Waterbomb Goddess’. She explained that the timing of the festival coincided with her transition between agencies. She chose to prioritize the preparation of her new album and adapting to her new management over festival appearances.
Kwon expressed a desire to expand her musical identity beyond her previous high-intensity performances. While her hit ‘Underwater’ gained significant popularity through summer festival stages, she aims to showcase a broader range of genres, including disco-pop and more natural, personal sensibilities, to prevent being confined to a single image.
