Kwon Min-ah denies fraud and intimidation allegations

Actress and former AOA member Kwon Min-ah has denied online allegations accusing her of fraud and intimidation following a dispute with an acting student.

Kwon stated on her social media that an individual, referred to as Person A, had posted claims on Threads alleging she had committed fraud and threats. According to Kwon, the conflict arose from acting lesson arrangements. She explained that while she provided initial instruction, subsequent scheduling became difficult due to the student's repeated changes in commitment and frequent no-shows.

Kwon noted that she had already issued a full refund, despite having lost money on studio rental fees, to resolve the matter. She further claimed the individual made intimidating remarks regarding involving their family members, leading her to block them. Kwon expressed her intention to take legal action for defamation and false accusation, stating she has preserved all KakaoTalk chat logs to defend herself.
