Russian missile and drone attacks across several Ukrainian regions have resulted in numerous casualties and significant infrastructure damage. In the Kharkiv region, a drone strike on a recreational park in Nova Vodolaha killed six people, including three children, and injured at least 15 others. President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attack, noting that a one-year-old girl was among the deceased.

In the Kyiv region, attacks caused at least four deaths and 27 injuries. The surgical block of the Strazhesko Institute of the National Academy of Medical Sciences was also hit. In the Obukhiv district, a strike on a production and storage facility left three people dead and six injured. Additionally, two people died in attacks on warehouses on the outskirts of Dnipro, and four people were killed in Kramatorsk.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, one person died and five were injured. Reports also indicate that the strikes have impacted energy infrastructure, railway lines, and residential buildings, causing widespread power outages and damage to civilian facilities. President Zelensky has called on international allies to increase air defense capabilities and maintain sanctions against Russia.
