KYK dormitory fees updated for 2026-2027 academic year

The Ministry of Youth and Sports (GSB) has updated the monthly dormitory fees for the 2026-2027 academic year for the Credit and Dormitories Institution (KYK). The monthly base fee has been set at 1,590 TL.

For a 10-month period, the total annual housing cost for a student will reach 15,900 TL, representing a 3,000 TL increase from the previous year's annual total of 12,900 TL. While the base rate is established, specific pricing for the six different dormitory types—which vary based on room size, occupancy, and amenities—is still being finalized.

Students who completed their applications between August 25 and August 29 are currently awaiting placement results via e-Devlet. No fees are required for the months of July and August.
