Fletcher competed in a triple threat match against Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita, which resulted in a victory for Okada.

Fletcher’s appearance at the event marked a significant milestone in his recovery from serious injuries sustained in March, including a torn meniscus, fractured tibia, and fractured ankle. He noted that returning to the ring in time for All In had been his primary goal since the onset of his injury.
