Kyle Mowitz seeks court restrictions on Kroy Biermann regarding his children

Kyle Mowitz has filed a court response in Georgia seeking to restrict Kroy Biermann’s contact with Mowitz’s minor children. The legal action occurs as Mowitz undergoes a divorce from Jillian Green, who is currently dating Biermann.

Mowitz stated in court documents that he does not oppose the relationship between Green and Biermann, but he expressed concerns regarding Biermann’s unpredictable behavior. He requested that Biermann be barred from the marital residence when the children are present and asked for safeguards such as the removal of weapons from the home and the continued operation of exterior security cameras.

The filing also includes allegations regarding the divorce proceedings, with Mowitz claiming Green has been dishonest about her relationship and denying allegations that he cheated on her with Kim Zolciak. Separately, Biermann’s son, Kroy Jr., is facing a criminal case involving allegations of sexual assault, which his attorney has denied.
