Kyle Sandilands reveals brain aneurysm has grown

Australian radio host Kyle Sandilands has revealed that his brain aneurysm has grown by one millimetre. The 55-year-old shared the update via his ‘Building The Show’ series, describing the news as “terrifying”.

Sandilands was diagnosed with the aneurysm in February 2025 following persistent headaches. The condition is located behind his right eye, a position that makes surgical intervention difficult. Medical professionals have advised against immediate surgery due to the high risk of complications, such as a stroke, opting instead to monitor the growth.

Sandilands expressed his anxiety regarding the medical process and the implications of the aneurysm's increase in size, noting that while the growth seems small, it is “not a good sign moving forward”.
