Kylie Cantrall releases new “Valley Girl Problems” EP

Disney star Kylie Cantrall announced that her EP “Valley Girl Problems” will be released on July 24, 2026 via Republic Records. The project features nine tracks, including the lead single “Carrie Bradshaw,” and was produced by Tricky Stewart with songwriting contributions from Tayla Parx. Cantrall said the EP “captures everything I’ve experienced over the last year and how I’ve embraced this new chapter of my life,” adding that she wanted it to feel like “an emotional journey from start to finish.”

The release follows her return to the Descendants franchise in July and marks her first major music effort since signing a deal with Republic Records in partnership with APG and Heroine Music, signaling a shift from her acting roles toward a pop‑music career.
