Kylie Jenner tours ongoing construction of $15M Hidden Hills estate

Kylie Jenner has provided fans with a progress tour of her ongoing residential construction project in Hidden Hills, California. Despite purchasing the $15 million property in 2020, the 29-year-old entrepreneur has been working on the site for approximately six years and has not yet moved in.

Jenner described the project as her “beautiful dream Italian home,” featuring Mediterranean-inspired design elements. The landscaping, managed by Jim Hyatt, includes lavender, a rose garden, and ancient olive trees, some of which were provided by her sister, Kendall Jenner. Other design details highlighted in her video tour include reclaimed cobblestone for the driveway, reclaimed wood flooring, stone floors, and vintage tiles.

The residence is planned to include several luxury amenities, such as a spa area, a gym in the basement, a sports court, and an outdoor dining area equipped with a fountain and a pizza oven.
