Kylie Kelce has shared insights regarding her approach to childcare and her perspective on the “WAG” (wives and girlfriends) label. Speaking on the IMO podcast with Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson, Kelce explained that she prefers a nine-to-five nanny to manage her family's busy schedules, noting that hiring help allows her to remain present in her children's lives without delegating the entirety of their upbringing to live-in staff.

Kelce also addressed the “WAG” terminology, stating that the label can reduce women to being defined solely by their partner's professional role. She expressed admiration for the women associated with the Philadelphia Eagles who maintain independent careers as lawyers, nurses, and educators, encouraging them not to diminish their own identities to align with their partners.
