Kylie Perez sentenced to prison for multi-million dollar tax fraud

Kylie Perez, a content creator known by the stage name ‘Natalie Monroe,’ has been sentenced to one year in federal prison for filing a false tax return. The sentencing was handed down by U.S. District Judge Thomas P. Barber in Florida.

Court documents reveal that Perez earned more than $5.4 million through her social media accounts, primarily on the subscription-based platform OnlyFans, between 2019 and 2023. Prosecutors stated that Perez engaged in a scheme to evade tax assessments by filing a fraudulent return for the 2019 calendar year and failing to pay at least $1.5 million in taxes owed for the period between 2020 and 2023.

Perez pleaded guilty to the charges on May 20, 2026. In addition to her prison term, she is required to serve one year of supervised release. The case was investigated by the IRS Criminal Investigation division.
