Kyndryl expands AI and edge computing services with Aptiv partnership and AI orchestration launch

Kyndryl announced a strategic collaboration with Aptiv to accelerate deployment of Wind River software technologies—including the Wind River Cloud Platform, VxWorks real‑time operating system, eLxr Pro and Helix Virtualisation Platform—across mission‑critical edge and cloud environments. Kyndryl will provide advisory, implementation and managed‑services support, integrating these products into its solutions portfolio for industrial and enterprise markets.

Kyndryl also introduced Kyndryl AI Orchestration for Business, a capability built on its Agentic AI Framework that enables enterprises to scale AI agent deployment across functions such as supply‑chain, finance, IT and customer service. The platform offers policy‑as‑code governance, real‑time alerts and coordinated decision‑making, targeting sectors like retail, travel and transportation, with adoption noted in Greece and Cyprus.
