Kyoko Yoshine and Kyoya Honda drama sequel promotional video released

A special promotional video has been released for the sequel to the Fuji TV drama ‘Nami Uraraka ni, Meoto Biyori’, starring Kyoko Yoshine and Kyoya Honda. The video features the new theme song ‘Uraraka’ performed by the musical group Da-iCE.

The drama, based on the manga by Hachi Nishika, is set in 1937 and follows the romance between Natsumi Ebata (Yoshine) and her husband Takimasa (Honda). The newly released footage includes nostalgic scenes from the previous installment alongside new clips from the sequel, such as a warm interaction where Takimasa returns home to a smiling Natsumi.

Da-iCE vocalist Sota Hanamura and Ryuki Koike composed the theme song, which is described as a wedding-style middle ballad reflecting enduring love. The song is scheduled for digital release on October 16.
