Kyoto University publishes 2026 overview and unveils new nanoporosity transport principle

In parallel, researchers at Kyoto University reported a new mechanism for mass‑selective transport in dynamic nanpores. By exploiting tiny fluctuations within the pores, the system can separate molecules that differ only slightly in mass, offering a potential route toward more efficient molecular separation technologies.
