Kyushu digital transit pass to launch on my route app
Toyota Financial Service Co., Ltd. announced that starting September 1, the digital transit pass ‘Tabi Meijin no Kyushu Mankitsu Kippu’ will be available for purchase via the ‘my route’ outing application.
The digital pass allows travelers to freely combine various local trains and trams across the Kyushu region, including services from JR Kyushu and 15 other railway and transit operators. This initiative is part of the ‘Tourism MaaS Promotion Project’ for fiscal year 2026, selected by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and implemented by the Kyushu MaaS Council.
Available for 13,000 yen, the pass offers two usage types: a single person using it for three days, or a group of up to three people traveling on the same itinerary. The digitalization aims to make travel more accessible by allowing users to purchase tickets anytime and anywhere through the app.
