Mitsubachi Kobo Hana no Michi launches winter honey series

Mitsubachi Kobo Hana no Michi, operated by Kyushu Hachinoko Honpo, has opened reservations for its winter-exclusive “Hakomitsu” honey series starting November 1, 2026. The products feature honey that has naturally crystallized due to lower temperatures, resulting in a smooth, cream-like texture suitable for spreading on toast or yogurt.

The series includes three distinct items: the standard “Hakomitsu” (400g for 3,996 yen), the premium “Gokubaku Mitsu” (400g for 5,940 yen) which comes in a wooden box for gifting, and a small heart-shaped “White Honey for Spooning” (80g for 1,485 yen).

The honey is sourced from the company’s own apiaries in Fukuoka, Oita, and Hiroshima prefectures. Shipments are scheduled to begin sequentially in early December 2026.
