Kızılcık Şerbeti faces major cast departures for fifth season

The popular Turkish television series ‘Kızılcık Şerbeti’ is undergoing significant cast changes ahead of its fifth season. Following the departure of Feyza Civelek, who played Nilay, several key actors are leaving the production.

Ceren Karakoç, who has portrayed the central character Nursema Ünal for four seasons, has officially announced her departure via social media. Karakoç expressed that the exit was not as planned, stating, “Sometimes life brings us chosen departures rather than the ones we plan.”

Other notable departures include Neslihan Yeldan, who played Pembe, and Barlas Kartal, who played Fethi. These exits are reportedly linked to major script changes and the conclusion of certain character arcs. The new season is expected to begin filming at the end of the month, with a planned premiere date of September 18.
