L. L. Bean opens first Delaware County store in Glen Mills
L. L. Bean has opened its first store in Delaware County, located at the Concordville Town Centre in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. The 20,300-square-foot standalone retail space marks the company’s sixth location in the state.
The new opening is part of a broader nationwide expansion strategy. The company plans to open eight stores this year and anticipates an additional eight to ten locations in 2027. According to Chief Retail Officer Greg Elder, these new openings are intended to enter new markets through experience-focused stores designed to deepen customer engagement with the brand.
