L7 announces Janis Tanaka as replacement bassist

Grunge band L7 has announced that Janis Tanaka will rejoin the group as bassist following the death of Jennifer Finch. Tanaka, who previously played with the band from 1999 to 2001, received Finch’s blessing to return to the lineup.

The announcement comes as the band prepares for “The Last Hurrah” farewell tour. The tour is scheduled to run from October 6 in San Diego to November 14 in Los Angeles. The band expressed gratitude to fans for their support during the difficult period following Finch’s passing.
