La Aurora recognizes academic excellence of employees' children

La Aurora, based in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, has launched several initiatives to support the academic development and well-being of its employees' families.

During its School Awards ceremony, the company recognized 175 children of employees for academic excellence, ranging from fourth grade of primary school to sixth year of secondary school. To assist with the upcoming school year, La Aurora provided school bonuses to all award recipients. Additionally, 11 scholarships were granted through T-Eco Group, focusing on training in the field of artificial intelligence.

Top honors were awarded to Ismarlyn Valerio Mena, who achieved a 99.9 average in fifth grade, and Isamar Caraballo Taveras, who earned a 97.8 average in sixth year of secondary school. Caraballo Taveras was also selected for the MAU (Más Allá del Umbral) scholarship program sponsored by PROCIGAR. Carlos Féliz, Director of Operations, emphasized the importance of discipline as a tool for achieving long-term goals during his address to the students.
