Season 4 of La Casa de los Famosos México confirms Ximena Herrera and Karina Torres as contestants

TelevisaUnivision and Endemol Shine Boomdog have announced the first confirmed participants for the fourth season of the reality series La Casa de los Famosos México. Influencer and trans‑woman Karina Torres, known from the viral group “Las Perdidas”, will join the cast. Actress Ximena Herrera, noted for her roles in Mexican telenovelas such as Mujeres de Negro, is also confirmed.

The season, featuring a total of 18 housemates, is slated to launch on Sunday 26 July at 20:30 hours on Canal 5, Canal 9 and the streaming platform ViX, with live 24‑hour coverage. The format follows famous personalities living together under constant camera surveillance, where they compete to avoid elimination.

Both Torres and Herrera said they plan to appear genuine on camera, with Herrera emphasizing she is “not a woman of poses” and will show a transparent side, while Torres highlighted her experience as a content creator and her role as a visible trans figure in Mexican media.
