He expressed frustration with the criteria, alleging inconsistency in how rules are applied to current participants.

Within the ongoing competition, singer Yahir confronted fellow participant Mariana Ochoa after she was caught having a secret conversation, which is prohibited by the show's rules. Following a warning from the production, Yahir requested that Ochoa be placed on the nomination block as punishment. The incident occurred shortly after Ochoa had rejoined the competition following a previous elimination.
