La Casa de los Famosos México enters final week of competition

La Casa de los Famosos México 2026 has entered its final week of competition. Following the departure of Brianda Deyanara, seven contestants remain: Mariana Ochoa, Gema Garoa, Karina Torres, Yahir, Ernesto Laguardia, Memo Schutz, and Ese Pérez.

The competition has shifted to a positive voting system where the public decides which participants continue, eliminating traditional nominations and challenges. The seventh and sixth-place finishers are expected to be announced between Tuesday and Thursday based on these votes.

Tensions have risen among the finalists during the final stretch. Contestant Gema Garoa expressed frustration toward the show's production, alleging favoritism regarding airtime. Garoa claimed that the production allocated more broadcast time to the reunion of Karina Torres with members of the ‘Las Perdidas’ collective, such as Wendy Guevara and Paola Suárez, compared to her own visit from friend Sofía Castro.
