La Confederació to award social sector innovation prizes

La Confederació Empresarial del Tercer Sector Social de Catalunya is celebrating the tenth edition of the La Confederació Awards. The ceremony, scheduled for October 27 at the Museu d’Història de Barcelona, recognizes innovative and transformative initiatives within social entities, particularly those focused on improving the quality of life and inclusion for people with disabilities.

Three categories will be awarded: Governance and Shared Ethical Management, Innovation in New Products and Services, and Community Impact. The event will feature institutional representation, including video messages from the President of the Generalitat de Catalunya and speeches from leaders of the Parliament of Catalonia, the Diputació de Barcelona, and the Barcelona City Council.

To mark the tenth anniversary, the event will include a roundtable discussion with previous winners, including Fundació Santa Susanna, Fundació El Maresme, and Fundació Ajuda i Esperança, to discuss the evolution of their social projects.
