La Cruz begins reforestation of Poza Cristalina

The municipality of La Cruz, in collaboration with the company Chilquinta and local students, has launched a reforestation project at Poza Cristalina. The initiative involved planting 250 trees to begin the restoration of the area, which the municipality intends to transform into a future urban park.

Students from various local educational institutions participated in the planting process, helping to establish a new native forest. The project aims to create a communal space for families to connect with nature. The municipality has committed to the ongoing care, irrigation, and protection of the newly planted species to ensure their survival.
