La Cultura del Talent event addresses youth innovation and uncertainty
The La Cultura del Talent event brought together 300 young entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals aged 18 to 30 to discuss the intersection of technology, creativity, and critical thinking. Organized to foster community and connection, the gathering emphasized the importance of mentorship and social support in developing talent.
A significant portion of the discussion focused on the impact of artificial intelligence. Participants debated the necessity of balancing European regulation with the need for innovation, while also addressing the social responsibilities of technology, including how digital tools influence human attention and social relationships.
In a related dialogue regarding youth development, the videopodcast (IN)VISIBLES, a collaboration between the Generalitat de Catalunya and El Nacional, explored the mental health challenges faced by younger generations. Experts and youth participants discussed the pressures of decision-making and the psychological impact of navigating a rapidly changing, information-saturated world.
