La Fageda opens pop-up store in Madrid

La Fageda has launched a temporary pop-up store in Madrid, located at Calle Orense 9, to promote its products and social project based in the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park. The establishment will remain open until October 31, offering tastings, informative tours regarding the brand's social model, and various consumer activities.

The inauguration featured a showcooking by Madrid-based chef Pepa Muñoz, who demonstrated the culinary versatility of La Fageda's natural Greek yogurt. Muñoz prepared two original recipes: a Greek yogurt tart with green asparagus, peas, and red fruit jam, and a fruit salad accompanied by Greek yogurt ice cream.

La Fageda's Greek-style yogurt is produced using fresh milk from its own farm in Girona and nearby local farms. The brand aims to use this temporary space to increase consumer awareness of its natural products and its commitment to local production and social responsibility.
