La Gomera fashion program to showcase local talent in Tenerife

The Cabildo de La Gomera is promoting local creative talent through its ‘La Gomera, Moda y Magia’ program at the Tenerife Fashion Beach Costa Adeje event. The showcase will take place at Playa del Duque Norte, featuring eleven firms linked to Tenerife Moda and various Canary Islands fashion programs.

Representing La Gomera is the brand Machanga by Yess with its ‘Terra’ collection. The designs are inspired by the island's volcanic landscapes and northern sunsets, utilizing artisanal macramé and upcycling techniques with fully recycled textiles. The brand’s approach emphasizes organic silhouettes and the preservation of Canarian identity and traditional crafts.
