La Herradura Bay hosts annual swimming traverse event

Nearly 400 swimmers participated in the annual La Herradura Bay Swimming Traverse in Spain. The event featured various categories, including a 500-meter course for minors and a 1,500-meter absolute race between Cerro Gordo and Peña Parda.

In the youth categories, Julia Galera Pruaño and Pablo Rejón Ligero secured first place in the female and male infantil divisions, respectively. In the main 1,500-meter competition, Sergio Cáceres Pintor won the men's race with a time of 25:33.50, while Elena Rodríguez García took first place in the women's category with a time of 28:38.03.
