La La Land Returns to Brazilian Theaters for 10‑Year Anniversary

The Oscar‑winning musical *La La Land* will be re‑released in Brazil on 20 August 2026 to mark the ten‑year anniversary of its original 2016 debut. The film, directed by Damien Chazelle and starring Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, earned six Academy Awards—including Best Director, Best Actress, Best Original Song and Best Cinematography—out of 14 nominations, and set a record with seven Golden Globe wins. It grossed about US$447 million worldwide on a US$30 million budget.

Paris Filmes announced that the special screenings will run in selected Brazilian cinemas, with tickets to become available through local ticketing platforms. The re‑release highlights the film’s lasting cultural impact and offers a new generation of audiences a chance to experience the celebrated romance and music of Los Angeles.
