La La Land Returns to Theaters for 10th‑Anniversary Dolby Cinema Release
Hollywood’s modern musical classic La La Land will be shown again in cinemas beginning 16 August 2026 to mark its 10th anniversary. Lionsgate and AMC Theatres are presenting the film in Dolby Cinema for the first time, using Dolby Vision high‑dynamic‑range visuals and Dolby Atmos immersive sound.
The re‑release celebrates the 2016 film that earned six Academy Awards, including Best Director for Damien Chazelle and Best Actress for Emma Stone, and grossed more than $504 million worldwide. New promotional material, including a fresh 30‑second trailer, highlights the story of aspiring actress Mia (Stone) and jazz pianist Sebastian (Gosling) and underscores the film’s lasting appeal.
Fans can purchase tickets for the limited‑run engagement, which offers both a nostalgic experience for original viewers and an enhanced viewing for new audiences.
