La Laguna nears completion of Camino de Jardina improvements

The Ayuntamiento de La Laguna is entering the final stages of a comprehensive improvement project for Camino de Jardina. The works cover approximately 17,500 square meters and aim to address various community demands.

Mayor Luis Yeray Gutiérrez stated that the intervention was planned globally to address issues such as rainwater evacuation, road conditions, drainage, and the maintenance of bus stops. The project includes the repaving of 2.6 kilometers of road, with improvements made to longitudinal and transverse slopes to optimize water flow toward drains and ravines.

In addition to road improvements, the project addresses long-standing local requests regarding increased electrical supply capacity and adequate water pressure. The final phase of the work, which includes signaling and the installation of new calisthenics equipment, is expected to conclude this week, weather permitting.
