La Matanza opens registration for 5th Municipal Visual Arts Salon

The Municipality of La Matanza has opened registration for the 5th edition of the Municipal Salon of Visual Arts. The competition is open to creators over the age of 18 who are natives of or currently reside in the district.

Participants can submit works in the disciplines of drawing, painting, printmaking, and photography. The central theme for this edition is ‘Identity and Culture’. Selected works will be recognized during the XIX Book Fair on September 14, and winners, along with seven finalists, will be featured in a special exhibition in November during the ‘Punto de Encuentro: Culture Week’ cycle.
