La Montagne Phase 4B sets new price record in Hong Kong

The luxury residential market in Hong Kong has seen record-breaking activity at the La Montagne Phase 4B development in Wong Chuk Hang. A three-bedroom suite at the project recently sold for HK$43.935 million, setting a new benchmark of HK$45,766 per square foot for that specific layout.

This sale follows previous records at the development, including a four-bedroom unit that sold for over HK$51,000 per square foot earlier this year. In the last eight days, the project has sold six units via tender, totaling over HK$300 million in transactions. Over the past three months, La Montagne Phase 4B has recorded 93 unit sales, generating more than HK$3.1 billion in total revenue.
