La Opción 13.0 celebrates 10 years with brand renewal

The Dominican television program ‘La Opción 13.0’ is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a major brand renewal. The production team recently unveiled a new visual identity, including updated scenery designed by Omar Martí, new graphic lines, and refreshed audiovisual elements such as a new theme song and bumpers.

Despite the visual overhaul, the program aims to maintain its core identity centered on humor, satire, and parody. The cast remains largely consistent, featuring ‘Las Opcioneras’—Melissa Santos, Nathaly Luna, Jatnna Marte, and Ángela Sánchez—alongside a comedic ensemble including Fausto Mata and María Tavárez.

Content creator José Zabala, based in New York, highlighted the program's importance to the Dominican diaspora. He noted that the show serves as a vital connection for Dominicans living abroad, particularly through its broadcast on Telemicro Internacional. The program continues to air on Telecentro Canal 13.
