La Pampa allocates 13 billion pesos for public health medicines
Governor Sergio Ziliotto has authorized the expenditure of 13 billion pesos to ensure the supply of essential medicines within the La Pampa provincial public health system for the next six months.
The investment aims to maintain free access to healthcare and guarantee treatments for various conditions, including circulatory, respiratory, infectious, ophthalmological, endocrinological, oncological, and neurological diseases. The provincial government noted that the decision responds to increased demand for public services resulting from the national economic crisis and the reduction of state-funded programs and coverage.
