La Pampa expands vocational and professional training programs
La Pampa is implementing several educational and professional development initiatives aimed at enhancing local skills and public administration. Through the Mobile Workshop Classrooms and Itinerant Formative Environments, the Subsecretariat of Technical Professional Education has provided certifications in welding, 3D printing, and bakery to residents and secondary students across six localities, including La Humada, Speluzzi, and La Maruja.
In the public sector, the PROCAAP Virtual program has successfully trained 2,947 public agents in 2026. This self-managed digital campus, supported by the Ministry of Connectivity and Modernization, allows for flexible learning via online modules and Zoom sessions to reach various provincial locations.
Additionally, the Ministry of Production’s ‘Knowing the Productive Matrix of La Pampa’ program reached over 550 secondary school students. Held across 10 localities and 18 schools, these workshops connected youth with local professionals and entrepreneurs in sectors such as agriculture, apiculture, gastronomy, and technology to promote regional employment and entrepreneurship.
