La Pampa introduces educational guides for natural reserves

The Secretariat of Environment and Climate Change has introduced three new educational guides focused on the natural reserves of La Pampa. Presented during the 2026 Provincial Book Fair, the booklets are titled ‘Misión Pichi Mahuida’, ‘Misión Parque Luro’, and ‘Misión Laguna Guatraché’.

Designed primarily for children aged 6 to 10, the materials aim to foster an understanding of Pampean biodiversity through curiosity, observation, and exploration. The guides serve as flexible tools for teachers to integrate into classroom projects, linking school curricula with the province's natural heritage.

The initiative operates on the principle that understanding a territory is a prerequisite for its conservation. These digital resources are available for free download on the Secretariat of Environment and Climate Change website.
