La Pampa launches Social Newcom League for seniors

The La Pampa Social Newcom League has officially commenced, with initial matches held in Toay and Ingeniero Luiggi. Organized by the provincial government's Subsecretaría de Deportes, the tournament aims to promote physical activity, socialization, and integration among older adults.

The competition features approximately 40 teams and roughly 400 to 500 players participating in mixed categories for those over 50 and over 60 years of age. The tournament is structured into different zones, with matches taking place at venues such as Sportivo Toay and the Municipal Complex of Ingeniero Luiggi.
