La Pampa wineries win 26 medals at VINUS 2026 competition

Wineries from the La Pampa province achieved significant recognition at the VINUS 2026 International Wine and Spirits Competition held in Mendoza. Competing against more than 500 labels from 17 countries, La Pampa producers secured a total of 26 international medals, consisting of 3 Double Gold Medals, 17 Gold Medals, and 6 Silver Medals.

Bodega Quietud from Santa Rosa was the most decorated participant, earning 16 medals, including three Double Gold Medals for its Marselan 2025, Acechado Monte Adentro 2025, and Tannat 2025. Other notable winners included Bodega Estilo 152, Bodega Lejanía, and Bodega Pichi Huinca, which each secured multiple gold medals.

Adriana Goñi, president of the Cámara Vitivinícola Pampeana (Cavilpa), stated that the results confirm the high quality standards, terroir identity, and rapid growth of the province's viticulture sector.
