La Paz roadwork begins on Boulevard 5 de Febrero

The Baja California Sur state government, through the Secretariat of Urban Planning, Infrastructure, Mobility, Environment and Natural Resources (SEPUIMM), has announced road rehabilitation works on Boulevard 5 de Febrero in La Paz. Starting Tuesday, October 27, the project will focus on the section between Hermenegildo Galeana and Juan Domínguez Cota streets.

The rehabilitation involves asphalt resurfacing with an investment of 3.3 million pesos to improve driving surfaces and safety. To mitigate traffic disruptions, the opposing side of the boulevard will temporarily operate in both directions. Authorities advise drivers to maintain low speeds and expect additional travel times in the area.
