La pilates launches men-only brand OTOKO NO PILATES in Ebisu

La pilates, a brand with over 110 locations, is launching a new men-only brand called ‘OTOKO NO PILATES’. The first location is scheduled to hold its grand opening in Ebisu on September 25, 2026.

The brand aims to provide men with options for physical conditioning, moving away from the common perception that pilates is primarily for women. The service utilizes a three-step approach: ‘adjusting’ through osteopathic techniques, ‘moving’ via machine pilates, and ‘strengthening’ through muscle training.

OTOKO NO PILATES will operate as a personal studio offering customized sessions to address issues such as posture improvement, muscle building, and physical fatigue caused by desk work or lack of exercise. The Ebisu facility will include amenities such as rental clothing and water servers.
