La Piscine returns to Lisbon screens in 4K restoration

The 1969 French cinematic classic ‘La Piscine’ (A Piscina), directed by Jacques Deray, is returning to the big screen at Cinema Ideal in Lisbon starting August 20. This screening features a 4K restored version of the film.

Starring Alain Delon and Romy Schneider, the film is noted for its sensual atmosphere and the real-life romantic history between the two leads, which adds a layer of nostalgia to the production.
