La Plata workers protest planned removal of Bosque recreational games

Workers at the recreational games in La Plata's Bosque de La Plata have issued a statement protesting a decision by Mayor Julio Alak to dismantle the facilities and vacate the area. The workers claim the decision was made without dialogue and threatens the livelihoods of 40 families who depend on the site for daily income.

The group emphasized that they have made personal investments to improve the area, including lighting and security, and rejected accusations of trespassing. They criticized the municipal administration's approach, describing it as authoritarian and contrary to social justice principles.
