La Pobla de Farnals and Andorra la Vella launch family initiatives

Local municipalities in Spain and Andorra are launching initiatives focused on family engagement and childhood activities.

In La Pobla de Farnals, Spain, the local government has introduced ‘Llaços Familiars’, a positive parenting program designed for families with children aged 0 to 6. Running from October to December, the program offers training sessions and family play meetings. It aims to provide tools for managing daily challenges such as communication, self-esteem, setting boundaries, and conflict resolution. The initiative is organized in collaboration with local educational centers and the Escoleta Infantil La Creu.

In Andorra la Vella, the second edition of the FestXic! festival has commenced. This community-driven event features approximately forty activities distributed across various locations, including Callaueta street, Parc Central, and Plaça del Poble. The program includes wooden games, giant puppet workshops, balloon modeling, circus performances, and the world’s smallest cinema. Olalla Losada, the junior consul of Andorra la Vella, noted the strong public response during the festival's opening hours.
