La Promesa: Major plot twists and character returns in upcoming episodes

The Spanish telenovela ‘La Promesa’ is entering a period of high dramatic tension with several major plot developments scheduled for late October. Key storylines include a forced marriage between María Fernández and Carlo, an unexpected pregnancy involving Martina, and a violent confrontation where Curro shoots Don Alonso to protect Angela.

In a significant narrative twist, the character Jana (played by Ana Garcés) has made a surprise reappearance, a move orchestrated in secret by creator Josep Cister Rubio. This return follows Curro’s discovery that Leocadia was responsible for Jana’s death.

Due to the broadcast of the Princess of Asturias Awards, there will be no episode aired on Friday, October 23.
