La Rinconada: Jockeys Capriles and Medina set for Sunday racing
Professional jockey Robert Capriles and apprentice Oliver Medina are set to compete in the 33rd racing meeting of the year at La Rinconada Racetrack this Sunday, August 23.
Capriles has secured eight mounts for the day. His schedule includes riding Believe Andrew in the opening race, My Three Loves in the third race, and Jesusviña in a subsequent contest. He is also slated to ride El Irlandés, Arrebol, Quiriquireño, and Gran Manuel, the latter participating in the Clásico Gradisco (G-II).
Apprentice Oliver Medina has five mounts scheduled, aiming to improve his standing in his category. Medina will ride King Julien in the seventh race, Yankee Lake in the second valid race of the 5 and 6 game, Father Heart in the tenth race, Rey del Castillo in the fifth valid race, and El Gran Jhosue in the final race of the program.
