Flightline's daughters debut in US races this weekend

Two fillies by the champion sire Flightline are set to make their first race starts in the United States. On Saturday, Flightress will run in a $115,000 Maiden Special Weight for two‑year‑old fillies over 1,200 metres on the sand at Saratoga Race Course in New York, under jockey Edgar Zayas and trainer Claude McGaughey III. The second debut will occur on Sunday at Ellis Park in Kentucky, where Another Flight will contest a $100,000 Maiden Special Weight for two‑year‑old fillies over the same distance, trained by Brendan Walsh and ridden by Ben Curtis.

To date, 13 colts from Flightline’s first crop have already raced in North America, with four securing maiden victories, the most recent being Go for Launch at Woodbine. The upcoming runs add two more fillies to the growing record of Flightline’s progeny on the track.
