La Rioja government begins mass property titling in Agrupación Gaucha

The Government of La Rioja has launched a mass titling process in the Agrupación Gaucha neighborhood, located in the eastern zone of the capital. This initiative aims to provide legal security to more than 100 families by regularizing their property ownership.

Minister of Housing, Land and Social Habitat, Ariel Puy Soria, and Secretary of Lands, Irene Zárate, met with residents to organize the necessary tasks. Technical and documentary surveys are scheduled to begin on September 15. These efforts will include collecting documentation and performing land measurements to facilitate the issuance of legal property deeds.
